I want to say in all it was about $130 or $140 but I may be off a few dollars. The most expensive part was the livesscan and prints, but I believe you only do them once, and it’s not required for renewal. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. The ffl03 needs to be renewed every 3 years, and the COE annually. As for as having firearms to your home or having them at lower cost, I don’t believe it works like that. The ffl03 is for curios or relics. I believe the firearms have to be 50 years or older. Any other firearms still have to go through your normall FFL and must be on California roster.
