You aren’t wrong, but they’d still need to R&D the gen 5 to add the lci and mag disconnect, and who knows, maybe they don’t want to follow Californias bullshit and are happy selling gen 3s without all that crap on them. For all we know it’s more of a moral stand they’re taking at least until their sales of gen 3s really dips which I doubt will happen anytime soon. Or they might be working on it as we speak.
