Carl Higbie to Speak at GOALS 2025

Washington, D.C. – Gun Owners of America (GOA) is proud to announce that Carl Higbie, host of Carl Higbie Frontline on Newsmax and a leading voice in the fight for American liberty, will be joining the speaker lineup at the Gun Owners Advocacy and Leadership Summit (GOALS), taking place August 9–10, 2025, in Knoxville, Tennessee.
A former Navy SEAL, government whistleblower, and unapologetic advocate for constitutional freedoms, Higbie brings a sharp, unfiltered perspective to today’s most pressing political and cultural issues. His experience on the frontlines of both war and media make him one of the most dynamic pro-gun voices in America—and a perfect addition to this year’s GOALS stage.
GOALS 2025 will unite thousands of grassroots activists, industry leaders, lawmakers, and digital influencers for a high-impact weekend of training, networking, and celebration of the Second Amendment.
